The latest edition of the North Carolina Heating and Air Conditioning Code (North Carolina State Building Code, Volume III, Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Ventilation), as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council and as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth in this article.
